About the role
Our team is hiring a Senior Recruiter to fuel HqO's growth and be the go-to person for all hiring across a range of teams. This includes acting as the "voice of the candidate" and having a deep understanding of their needs and desires. They will address questions around the HqO culture, candidate experience, and set expectations for our hiring process early.

About the role
Our team is hiring a Senior Recruiter to fuel HqO's growth and be the go-to person for all hiring across a range of teams. This includes acting as the "voice of the candidate" and having a deep understanding of their needs and desires. They will address questions around the HqO culture, candidate experience, and set expectations for our hiring process early.
What you'll do
- Own the full lifecycle recruiting process with candidates and teams at HqO
- Build relationships with candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, gather references, and generate offers
- Develop a working understanding of our teams and product, as well as a knowledge of our complex ecosystem across multiple geographies
- Provide timely feedback and ensure every candidate has an excellent interview experience while considering HqO
- Surface and deliver exceptional talent using effective sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and other platforms for current and future needs
- Manage relationships, provide recommendations for process improvement, and build trust in a collaborative, team environment
- Lead kick-off meetings and set recurring meetings with business partners to check on the health and hygiene of each active and future search
- Positive attitude: A successful recruiter at HqO will be encouraging, positive and realistic about potential matches
- Solid research abilities: A successful recruiter at HqO spends a significant portion of their time identifying candidates from professional job search sites, networking and personal interaction.
- Exceptional interviewing skills : A successful recruiter at HqO can quickly develop rapport with candidates and assess for a match with the company and job requirements
- Culture champion: A successful recruiter at HqO will represent and advocate for the company's LET'S GO philosophy
- 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment in a SaaS environment
- Previous agency experience working as an external recruitment consultant
- Superior negotiating and closing skills while using data to influence decisions
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects, ideas
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations while being agile
- Passion for technology and the intersection of tech and real estate
- A collaborative spirit with a dedication to being part of larger team goals
- 2+ years of non-technical recruiting experience
- Experience using ATS system (Rippling) and building custom workflows and email triggers
- Start-up experience as an in-house recruiter
- Degree from an accredited 4-year educational institution
