IMMEDIATE OPENING : Miracle-Ear is looking for an experienced call center representative. Outbound calling experience is a MUST!  If you have experience in collections or inside sales, this may be the perfect position for you. This person will make outbound calls to set appointments from a database list and manage the schedule for multiple clinics.

Requirements

  • Inside sales or phone sales experience is a plus
  • Pleasant, professional and articulate phone voice
  • Competitive spirit
  • Strong computer skills (word, excel, internet)
  • Experience in computerized scheduling of appointments
  • Ability to multi-task and schedule appointments in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the elderly and show empathy when needed
  • Work with a sense of urgency at all times

  • Pay: $13-$14/hour
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:20am-5:05pm
