**Job Description:**
- Work Monday to Friday, with a schedule start of either 8:15 AM or 8:30 AM, ending at 5:00 PM.
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule, working one Saturday every 5 weeks.
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in a post-acute care setting.
- Document patient care and progress using the EPIC charting system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all clinic and healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
- Maintain compliance with all required health and safety standards.
