Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager in either Austin, TX , Chicago, IL , or Denver, CO !
This is a hybrid position. For this reason, we will only consider candidates that live in or can commute to the above cities. Relocation is not allowed for this role.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This role will help our client define the client’s user experience, driving growth and retention of users of our client’s products and collaborating across teams in the execution and expansion of the product offering. The purpose is to expand access to quality investment advice through scalable solutions, reaching a much wider range of investors than ever before.
TEAM FOCUS:
- Strategy & User Experience – Driving the growth and retention of client’s product, monitoring the competitive landscape and envisioning the future of the product
- Execution – Coordinate with business partners to execute on growth, retention, and client/rep experience projects
- Analysis – Proactively analyze data to uncover insights that drive business value and impact;
- Partnership – Working with our technology, product, field, investment, legal, and marketing partners to drive growth, retention, and support the daily operation of the product
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the offer client and rep experience with the ability to drive solutions for enhancements and pain points
- Drive regulatory communication process and identify pain points and solutions within the process. Support regulatory initiatives for the team. Lead internal regulatory reporting and forums.
- Oversee the delivery of client regulatory communications and follow-ups as necessary
- Leading overall business and project planning for client and rep enhancements for the offer, partnering with Technology, Platform, Regulatory, Investment, and Field Teams
- Maintaining and improving internal communications
- Serving as an SME for the offer across the organization
- Lead special projects for the team as needed, collaborating across the organization in driving results
- Advise on Remediation plans and client/field communications with partners
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- You are a creative problem solver with a positive attitude who enjoys collaborating with and influencing individuals across an organization driving growth. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and possesses:
- Demonstrated experience in process mapping with a desire to improve client/rep experiences
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas and implement solutions across functional areas with partnership from key stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver recommendations and drive to results
- Ability to develop multiple solutions to the same problem highlighting benefits and roadblocks for each
- Adaptability with a “growth mindset” who works well in an iterative environment and both seeks and welcomes feedback to improve deliverables
- A minimum of 5+ years in consulting, strategy, product development, or process improvement preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree and validated experience managing complex projects required
- A minimum of 5+ years in process mapping using tools such as IBM BlueWorks or MS Visio.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $71.99 to $79.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
