Director of security product operations

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Security Product Operations to sit in Bangalore. This role will play a pivotal leadership role in establishing and maintaining a robust and proactive cybersecurity infrastructure. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, adept at building and maintaining multiple technologies. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational assets, and staying abreast of evolving cyber threats and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity technologies, systems, and architectures.
2. Drive the development of innovative solutions to protect against evolving cyber threats.
3. Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge security technologies.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks.
5. Collaborate with Digital and Tech and other departments to integrate cybersecurity into the development and maintenance of information systems.
6. Oversee the development of security reference standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

1. Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in a cybersecurity role focused on security products and tooling.
2. Extensive experience in managing and leading teams responsible for cybersecurity toolsets and platforms.
3. Proven track record of successfully operating and maintaining a wide range of cybersecurity tools.
4. Demonstrated ability to configure, integrate, and optimize cybersecurity technologies to enhance organizational security posture.
5. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or equivalent work experience. A Master's degree is preferred.
6. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
7. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
