Salary: $120,000-$170,000 USD

In a key, prospective-client-facing position, the Director of Sales will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, conversing with Senior VPs of Marketing and Executive-level client contacts, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met. Reporting to the President, the Director of Sales will confidently represent AIM and the company’s values, foster new relationships, and play a key role in the continued and exponential growth of the company.

Core Accountabilities

  • Drive the strategic growth of Net New Business through enterprise and qualified SMB sales.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound leads to ensure quality and alignment with strategic direction.
  • Develop a pipeline through outbound sales efforts.
  • Nurture prospective client relationships until they close.
  • Support the team with executive-level relationship management on the client side.
  • Develop, strengthen, and support strategic partnerships for gaining qualified leads and referrals.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and timely follow-ups to close net new business.
  • Proposal creation, presentation, and delivery, including high-level account audits and budget forecasts as needed.
  • Create and provide projections to client prospects when required.
  • Consistent communication between the growth and client services team, including supporting the onboarding of new clients.
  • Assist with new client and strategic partner referral opportunities.

Required Skills And Experience

You MUST have:

  • At least 3 years of performance marketing or network/platform experience.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales expertise with a solid track record of strong, consistent Q/Q and Y/Y growth.
  • The ability to articulate how the affiliate channel fits into an organization's overall marketing mix and growth strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially to executive positions at commercial and enterprise-level organizations.
  • The ability to travel to visit clients and attend conferences as necessary.
