  • Initial six-month contract. This opportunity has an opportunity for long-term extensions.

Work Schedule & Location

  • 100% onsite position in Timonium, MD.
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9am-5pm.
  • Friday: 9am-3:30pm

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Support Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing critical support to our medical staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Records Management: sending and receiving medical
  • records.
  • Insurance and Pharmacy Authorizations
  • Appointment Coordination: referrals and appointment
  • scheduling
  • Patient Services: Lab requests, refill requests
  • Fee Collection
  • Phone and Email Support

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with Apple computers and EMR systems.
