Position: Corporate Tax ManagerLocation/Department: Richmond Headquarters / TaxStatus: SalariedJob Summary: The Corporate Tax Manager prepares the annual consolidated federal income tax return (including foreign company information returns) and supporting work papers, state income tax returns and federal and state estimated and extension payments. This position also assists with quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and financial statement reporting. This position will assist in tax research and follow federal, state and foreign tax developments.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in accounting preferred.Minimum of 6 years of public accounting or corporate tax experience required.Consolidated federal and state income tax compliance and provision experience required.Certified Public Accountant and/or Masters in Taxation preferred.Significant experience with Microsoft office products and proficiency with MS Excel required.Experience with income tax software required with OneSource or Corptax proficiency preferred.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:TAX COMPLIANCEResponsible for preparation and efile of federal consolidated income tax returnResponsible for preparation of state income tax returns, extensions, and estimatesAssist with preparation of foreign information returns and other international formsAssist with subpart F, GILTI, FDII and BEAT calculationsAssist with federal and state tax inquiries and auditsAssist with non-income tax compliance federal and state filings to include but not limited to FBAR, 1042 withholding, gross receipts tax and the company's foundation returnTAX ACCOUNTINGAssist in calculation of quarterly and annual global tax provisions, analysis of current and deferred taxes, interim period effective tax rates under FIN 18, and preparation of tax-related disclosures for SEC filingsPrepare FIN48 documentation and assist with monitoringTAX RESEARCH AND PROJECTSAssist with federal, state and international tax monitoring, research, planning and projects.Interprets, documents, and communicates findings to tax team members.EOE M/F/Disabled/Vet EmployerAll applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship by the company.At this moment, we are not requesting recruitment agency assistanceFor more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
