The Role: As our Community Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our coworking community, playing a pivotal role in shaping an engaging and vibrant atmosphere. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and sales skills, with a knack for business networking and negotiation.
- A natural hunter mentality, driven to seek out new business opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM systems to track sales activity.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- High integrity, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to cultivate excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and the local community.
- Independent, motivated, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales for private offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices, and meeting rooms.
- Lead and inspire a small team to achieve their best.
- Retain existing members while attracting new ones to our thriving community.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, ensuring an exceptional member experience.
- Generate leads through local networking and innovative marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with accounting, marketing, and technology teams to enhance revenue and exceed monthly budgets.

- Monthly and quarterly bonuses, with potential earnings of $20,000 - $30,000 in total bonuses.
