The Role: As our Community Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our coworking community, playing a pivotal role in shaping an engaging and vibrant atmosphere. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and sales skills, with a knack for business networking and negotiation.
  • A natural hunter mentality, driven to seek out new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems to track sales activity.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • High integrity, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Ability to cultivate excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and the local community.
  • Independent, motivated, and able to work with a sense of urgency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership sales for private offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices, and meeting rooms.
  • Lead and inspire a small team to achieve their best.
  • Retain existing members while attracting new ones to our thriving community.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, ensuring an exceptional member experience.
  • Generate leads through local networking and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with accounting, marketing, and technology teams to enhance revenue and exceed monthly budgets.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $100,000 per year plus benefits.
  • Monthly and quarterly bonuses, with potential earnings of $20,000 - $30,000 in total bonuses.
