Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager in the Risk Technology organization, you will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of technologies that power the Customer Privacy Regulatory environment and create a new Customer Trust Gateway. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to deliver innovative solutions that prioritize customer trust and privacy. This includes ensuring the maximization of enterprise assets utilization, connecting the dots among diverse technology solutions, delivering upon global governance business needs, and maintaining a smooth team operating model.
About Team: Risk Technology - Customer Trust Gateway
Our organization, i.e. Customer Trust and Digital Citizenship Tech, focuses on managing and delivering world-class products, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. Responsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementation(s) so that we can earn customers and associate trust.
What You'll Do:
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the team and company’s goals.
Develop a compelling product roadmap that drives product growth and innovation.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful product releases and iterations.
Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics to ensure products meet user expectations and business goals.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and iterative development processes.
Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the product lifecycle.
