Job DescriptionCommunity Maternity Services (CMS), is an agency of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany. CMS is a non-profit agency that has been serving the Capital Region for 50 years. CMS provides family-oriented and community-based programs through individualized social services and community education programs. We offer a continuum of care for adolescents, young parents and their children.
