Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite)

Experience: 6+years

• Complete knowledge and experience in ServiceNow development - 5+ years
• Ability to create and customize servicenow forms and workflows
• Create end to end Workflow using flow designer
• Integrate with automation tools via api calls or using integration hub
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components
• End to end knowledge in IT monitoring tools, ITSM tools and automations
