They are Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership & Leadership.Position Summary:The Associate Marketing Manager, DTC Affiliate Marketing, will play a critical role in advancing Newell's paid media efforts by building and executing affiliate marketing strategies across various affiliate channels and brand portfolios. This position will establish strong collaborations with teams involved in paid search, paid social, brand communication (including organic social, PR, and influencer marketing), martech, analytics, and creative partners to elevate our paid media strategy to new heights. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, proactive, data-driven, and a critical thinker who continuously seeks innovative and effective advertising capabilities to enhance engagement and drive incremental ROI throughout the customer lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Drive the strategy, as well as lead the tactical execution and management of our affiliate marketing program, aligning with affiliate agency, DTC, and paid media teams.Deliver powerful performance-driven campaigns across multiple affiliate platforms and partnerships, adhering to overarching marketing / business strategy, and against measurable KPIs.Own and manage daily / weekly / monthly affiliate performance reporting to monitor and report on channel performance, adjusting strategies to achieve business goals and future strategic growthCollaborate with martech and analytics teams to ensure precise and streamlined tracking of user attribution throughout the entire purchase funnel.Collaborate with Brand Management, DTC and Creative Design teams to build customer-facing messaging that aligns to the brand’s positioning and priorities.Maintain affiliate budget inclusive of commissions, placement fees, ROAS/ROI and bonuses while making recommendations based on performance expectations.Methodically test to learn and identify best performing promotions and messages across different seasons and product categories in the affiliate space.Research and stay on top of trends in the affiliate and commerce space, continuosly monitoring and communicating current marketing trends, new technology features, and competitive strategies.
