Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
Ultimate staffing is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in international shipping to join our client's warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, with a focus on international shipments, ensuring compliance with global regulations.
- Prepare and review commercial invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail to prevent discrepancies that could affect international tax and customs compliance.
- Work closely with the shipping team and warehouse staff to manage logistics for tools and parts being shipped globally, including a current project shipping tools to India.
- Handle urgent shipments, ensuring that critical tools and parts are shipped in a timely manner to meet global demands.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and higher-level managers, providing updates on shipment statuses and resolving any issues that arise.
- Utilize NetSuite ERP for tracking shipments and coordinating logistics operations; SAP experience is a plus.
- Answer emails and coordinate with the Arizona office for shipment and transfer order updates.
- Occasionally work overtime to handle urgent shipments.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on international shipping.
- Experience with commercial invoicing and understanding of international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; SAP is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and shipment tracking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with management teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent shipments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of international tax and customs compliance.
