Partner Solution Architect

Skill:

1. Support implementation partners with technology documentation, training, troubleshooting needs.
2. Support Partner Sales organization for their needs of technology material, sales presentations at prospects alongside partners.
3. Help create RFP and RFI responses.
4. Liaison with Engineering teams.
5. Oversee partner execution at client sites.
6. Actively engage in implementations at customer venues.
7. Coordinate and collaborate with development team to remain current on code and technology.
8. Actively engage with engineering and product management groups providing feedback about implementations, to further simplify and improve the experience.
9. Drive for success across teams and customers.
10. Help write customer success stories.
11. Track, analyze and communicate key implementation metrics.
12. Documentation of issues, resolutions and processes.

Experience:

1. 9+ years of total industry experience.
2. 5+ years of solution architecture, implementation experience.
3. 2+ years of project management, program management experience at client location.
4. Strong presentation and communication skills.
5. Experience developing mobile applications, backend services.
6. Experience with software version control systems, issue management systems.
7. Experience working with technologies like Ruby on Rails, BIG Data, AWS.
8. Ability to lead multiple parallel initiatives with implementation partners and drive to completion.
9. Ability to travel to various client sites across the US, occasionally international. Travel is a must part of the job.
