Internal Audit

Job Description:

• Prepares and determines financial audit objectives, strategies, programs, and procedures for specific audit assignments by using available audit programs and business transaction cycles set by the Audit Manager.
• Performs inquiries to auditees by accomplishing Internal Control Questionnaires for each group business cycle listed below: (see Attached ICQ to be performed)
  • Expenditure Cycle
  • Revenue Cycle
  • Production Cycle
  • Non-Cycle
• Researches and analyzes pertinent policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and reports, as well as available audit applicable data.
• Determines the level of financial compliance with those approved policies or guidelines.
• Assesses the adequacy of financial internal control structures.
• Prepares audit working papers in accordance with professional standards to provide adequate documentation for audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Drafts audit findings and recommendations and discusses them with the concerned auditee.
• Reports and discusses the draft of audit findings and recommendations with superior/management.

Requirements:

• A college graduate; degree in business administration, major in Accounting.
• Must have at least 1 year of audit experience, hands-on experience as an Auditor.
• Must be analytical with organizing and data gathering skills.
• Must have good communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a team player and people-oriented.
• CPA is an advantage.
• Must be computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
