Base Salary : $100,000
Bonus : Annual performance bonus

Responsibilities
- Focus on Benefits and Payroll : Take the lead in developing and managing comprehensive benefits programs and payroll systems to ensure all employees are supported effectively.
- Support key initiatives for transformational change across the organization; build relationships through continuous engagement and trust as the culture evolves.
- Coordinate employee services and maintain organized, compliant employee records both in files and within software systems.
- Ensure accurate employee data entry and efficiently update systems and documentation during initial engagement, hiring, and terminations.
- Keep compliance-related matters up-to-date and administer necessary changes promptly.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses on key metrics, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
- Serve as a change agent, leading by example in embracing business growth and organizational change.
- Oversee HRIS, benefits, and payroll functions for all employees.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a generalist in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-growing, multi-state environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, federal regulations, and company policies in a multi-state context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and payroll/benefit systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, and a drive for success-both personally and for others.
- Expertise in project management and development, complemented by strong interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication.
