3 Month Outcomes
Be a key contributor in doubling Walk-thru's booked and new Active Members by:
  • Calling 90% of valid leads within 30 minutes of submission. When a new lead comes in, contacting them right away increases the chances they become active Honey Homes members. If they do not answer, follow up immediately with a text or email. Since this is a flexible hours job, respond to leads between 9am and 6pm during weekdays. Follow up with leads that come in outside these hours by 10am the next morning (with 2-3 check-ins over the weekend). Leads can come from various channels with various levels of intent, from just getting a name, phone number, and zip code to someone who has booked a walk-thru and provided their payment info. The talk track will vary based on the lead's intent.
  • Improving the new member experience via high touch conversations, automated outreach, and ideas for helpful tools & collateral. Via phone, email, text, or collateral, ensure homeowners are educated about Honey Homes before their walk-thru, how to move forward, and help set them up for success as new members!
  • Contacting 100% of walk-thru's within two hours of visit completion. Ask for feedback, answer questions, get payment on file so we can activate their membership. Follow up with calls, emails and texts as necessary. Home Walk-thru's end between 10:30-5:00pm M-F only.
  • Delivering data-driven insights that help shape our strategy and messaging. As the voice of the customer, share data-backed learnings that inform our marketing and member experience. Partner regularly with Marketing and Operations to build and iterate on playbooks, talk tracks, and automated communications. Regularly share feedback on top questions asked, objections, and reasons for not converting from lead to active.
  • Routinely testing and optimizing our outreach, talk tracks, and member onboarding approach. Identify potential improvements, test them, and share the results.
  • Execute against performance metrics as we improve our tracking and funnel metrics. Execute and improve performance against conversion metrics from Lead → Walk-thu's Created → Active Member.

Background
  • 4+ years of sales experience at startups with high daily performance expectations.
