Are you a friendly and motivated individual who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of an HR Generalist for a healthcare company in Franklin, TN! The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including interviewing and hiring staff, administering pay, benefits, time off requests, medical leave, and enforcing company policies and practices, as well as helping Practice Manger, Nurse Manger, and Owner with specific jobs or asks when requested.

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education,and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate withpractice manager and departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/orsensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
