Clinical Social Work Therapist (Hiring Immediately)

Our Behavioral Health Center seeks a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Psychotherapist. Lighthouse Guild is the leading not-for-profit healthcare

* * Excellent position for an experienced clinician or LMSW who will soon become LCSW eligible.
* Conducts biopsychosocial assessment that includes identification of the client’s strengths and needs
* Employs appropriate therapeutic interventions (Trauma Informed, CBT andor Psychodynamic) to achieve mutually agreed upon goals through a variety of modalities such as individual, couple, family and group treatment on a crisis, short term, or long term basis.
* Provides services in person and through telehealth.
* Collaborates on behalf of the client with other disciplines within the treatment team, department, and agency as well as with representatives of community agencies and resources.
* Consistently meets service levels expectations and ensures highest quality level of care.
* Documents client treatment and services via Electronic Health Record system
* Responsible for maintaining the privacy of client protected health information.
* No evenings or weekends required
