Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
2. Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families, communicating student progress, and assisting with scheduling
3. Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
4. Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
5. Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans
6. Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center
7. Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally
8. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
9. Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
10. Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Qualifications:

1. Prior customer relationships & sales experience, or ability and willingness to learn and deliver
2. Sales, marketing, and customer service oriented skills and mindset
3. Passion for math and working with students
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
5. Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
6. Detail-oriented work
7. Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
8. Eagerness to learn and be trained
9. Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
10. Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s Degree
11. Previous management or leadership experience preferred
12. Ability to work at least five days a week

All applicants are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.

Pay: Starting at $22 / hour
