Role: Technical Test Lead - Guidewire Product Testing (Insurance domain)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Weehawken, NJ

Qualifications

1. Basic
   • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
   • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
2. Preferred
   • At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design.
   • Experience with Insurance domain.
   • At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
   • End to end testing experience in Policy Center/Billing Center/Claims Center implementation projects.
   • Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Developing Performance Strategy and implementing them.
   • Automation experience using Selenium.
   • Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience.
   • Should have strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills.
   • Should have strong leadership skills.
   • Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, Angular JS, etc.
   • Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
   • Analytical skills.
   • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
