What you'll achieve

  1. Proactively manage a book of Enterprise customers, serving as their main point of contact.
  2. Expand revenue within your book of business (up-sell, cross-sell).
  3. Develop customer champions to expand usage within new teams and departments.
  4. Engage with executive and sales, marketing, digital comms, and other contacts to deploy HeyGen wall-to-wall.
  5. Experiment with new processes and revenue streams that scale across HeyGen globally.

About you

  1. 5+ years closing experience in a sales role (previous SaaS experience a plus).
  2. Experience up-selling, cross-selling, and hunting new business.
  3. Ability to manage a high volume book of business and maximize customer value.
  4. Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, and integrity.
  5. Ability to set repeatable processes that support a high volume of customer interactions.
  6. Full sales-cycle management skills, from prospecting to close.
  7. Ability to advocate equally for the user and HeyGen in overcoming challenges.
  8. Adaptable to changing conditions.
