Job Title : Personal Lines Specialist (Hybrid/Remote)

About the Role :
We are seeking a knowledgeable Personal Lines Specialist to join our team in a hybrid/remote capacity. You will be responsible for managing personal lines insurance accounts, providing expert advice, and ensuring excellent client service. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while supporting the personal lines team and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and umbrella policies.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options and policy renewals.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Assist with cross-selling opportunities and drive customer retention.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications and Experience :

• 4+ years of experience in personal lines insurance or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with insurance software and management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits :

• $65,000 - $75,000 salary based on experience.
