Location:
St. Louis, MO - primarily field-based work, with 1-3 days in office for supervision and meetings.
Pay: $48,000-$56,000 annually
Job Summary
The Case Manager Floater provides case management to children and their families who served through FCCM, TFC, Licensing, or other CBS programming as needed. Trains, supports, directs other case managers, and supervises staff when designated by program supervisors.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Services field
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Qualifications:
• Possesses a current, valid MO driver's license and meets the KVC requirements for driver's insurance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language proficiently
• Ability to use independent judgment and manage confidential information
• Ability to operate in a challenging, ever-changing, multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, organized and disciplined
Experience: Minimum three (3) years foster care case management experience
Preferred Experience/Skills: Master's degree in a social science field • Experience working with children and families in a trauma informed environment
