NCBP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to be based at our headquarters in White Plains, NY . This role involves leading our outside sales team and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Duties:
  • Coach & develop our Outside Sales team. Set clear objectives and provide ongoing support. Onboard and train new hires.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and hit sales targets.
  • Monitor and track sales metrics and KPIs within our CRM, providing regular reports to senior leadership. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and manufacturing partners. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and the sales team.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop pricing policies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the construction/building products sector is a plus.
