Plastics Engineer

An innovative plastic injection molding company is looking for a Plastics Engineer to provide technical process expertise for a plastic injection molding facility. If you are a talented Process Technician or Engineer looking for an opportunity to get into leadership, then this is a great role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Generate and implement continuous improvement activities on the plant floor
• Develop new processes using engineering techniques including DOE, short shot studies
• Adhere to ISO procedures and work instructions
• Lead all internal and external tool samples
• Review and approve tooling

Qualifications:

• BS in Plastics Engineering, Preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in the plastic injection molding industry

Position:

• Permanent Full-time Employee
• Shift: Days (Monday- Friday)
• Pay: Depending on Experience
• Travel: None
