Manager, Distribution Enablement & Analytics

Job Description

The Manager, Distribution Enablement & Analytics will play a critical role in supporting GQG’s Global Distribution team by optimizing sales processes, managing delivery of complex reports and analyses, and ensuring the effective deployment of sales resources. This individual will be responsible for improving sales productivity and efficiency, as well as providing insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer sales commission plans
2. Manage regulatory filing obligations
3. Work independently and within a small team structure
4. Provide insights for strategic decision-making
