VP of Tax

Vaco is currently working with a local asset management firm to hire a VP of Tax! This individual will work with a team of tax professionals and focus on tax provisions, financial reporting, compliance, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tax provision and financial reporting
• Support both US and international provisions
• Manage tax compliance on a national and global scale
• Responsible for ensuring tax follows federal, state, local, etc. regulations
• Work with tax team to ensure efficient work and support various internal teams

• 7+ years experience in corporate tax provisions
• Tax compliance experience required
• US and global tax provision experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
