Responsibilities: • Digital Marketing:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including SEO, PPC, SEM, and social media, to drive lead generation and brand visibility. • Website Management:Maintain and optimize multiple websites for the company, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly. • Content Creation:Generate compelling and engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. • Social Media Management:Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our services effectively. • Data Analysis:Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze data, and provide reports to optimize strategies for maximum results. • Marketing Collateral:Create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to support sales efforts. • Market Research:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and SEM. • Proficiency in social media management and advertising. • Strong project management skills with an eye for detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. • Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance. • Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
