Account Executive

We are a leading healthcare company dedicated to improving lives by connecting families in need with the appropriate senior care options. As an Account Executive, you will spearhead our efforts in establishing, nurturing, and expanding relationships within the healthcare sector, focusing on hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Your role is pivotal in advising and aiding families as their loved ones transition from medical facilities to suitable senior living environments, ensuring personalized, compassionate dialogue and support throughout their decision-making process.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily in a dynamic healthcare sector, facilitating timely senior care solutions for families exiting hospital or nursing facilities.
  • Achieve monthly targets by driving qualified referrals and promoting patient family move-ins through strategic market interactions.
  • Expand and cultivate your portfolio through effective networking, cold calling, and educational presentations aimed at healthcare professionals.
  • Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet and exceed family placement quotas in chosen senior living facilities or through in-home care agencies.
  • Consistently engage with healthcare providers and families, educating them on care options and facilitating their smooth transition planning.
  • Lead and implement innovative programs and trials such as account scoring systems and CRM enhancements, providing critical feedback to augment efficiency.
  • Maintain in-depth regional insight by actively being in the field, thus continually refining strategies to bolster account nurturing and growth.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in a related field.
  • At least three years of demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven ability to surpass sales quotas and synergize with various teams towards shared goals.
  • Expertise in making compelling presentations and overcoming objections in the sales process.
  • Adeptness at working independently in a rapidly-changing environment, while embracing new strategies and procedures.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally on a daily basis.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication capabilities with all levels of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in healthcare or hospital sales.
  • High familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong network within local healthcare and hospital systems highly advantageous.

Skills:

  • Superior networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Resilience and tenacity in when faced with sales resistance.
  • Highly skilled in understanding and explaining complex healthcare scenarios and data to non-expert audiences.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets for reporting and communication.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to new technology and business processes.
