1. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional technical competency in real estate partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and high net worth individual tax.
2. Client Service: Provide expert advice and guidance to high-net-worth clients and their entities.
3. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop staff, ensuring their professional growth.
4. Business Development: Contribute to firm growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in public accounting, specializing in real estate and high net worth tax.
2. Certifications: CPA required; JD or Master's in taxation preferred.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of California and multi-state tax rules, tax software, and tax research.
4. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
