We are looking for talented people to join our ARTE MUSEUM staff team. We are hiring for positions in (reception and ticket checking), (souvenir shop work), (F&B store work), and (exhibition hall patrol work). ARTE MUSEUM staff have their own areas of specialization but rotate through all the work areas we are hiring for.
All MUSEUM Staff have the advantage of avoiding monotony, experiencing different areas of work, and collaborating with all team members.
(Responsibilities)
Below are the main responsibilities of an Operations team member,
(Reception & Ticket checking)
- Customer service, including reception and providing customers with exhibit descriptions and precautions
- Explaining how to purchase tickets, crowd control in lobbies and entrances, etc.
- Ticket verification, including checking ticket validity
- Assisting security personnel in checking guests' belongings
- Troubleshooting in case of emergencies
(Souvenir Shop work)
- Display, sell, and get paid for your products
- Manage inventory quantities, put in and take out of the warehouse, and manage orders based on inventory quantities
- Manage supplies like wrappers and bags
- Keeping the store clean
- Store and manage lost and found items collected from the exhibition hall
(F&B store work)
- Making and serving beverages, taking orders
- Ordering ingredients and managing inventory
- Hygiene control and keeping the store clean
(Exhibition Hall patrol work)
- Walk around the exhibit to make sure the content is in good condition.
- Checking and managing exhibit materials and contacting relevant teams if there are any issues with content or facilities.
- Crowd control, customer service
- Collecting lost items and delivering them to the gift shop
- Collecting any trash found in the exhibit
(Qualifications)
■ Common qualifications
- Service-oriented mind, Sales skill
- Customer communication skill, and related working experience is preferred
- Ability to deal with emergencies
- A sense of service to help coworkers or customers
- Friendly, caring communication skills and the ability to communicate accurately
- Preferred for Certified Food Safety Manager cardholders
- Food handler card must be obtained prior to employment
