Position Summary

This position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for various technical roles within Metrea Management, specifically within EMCG Group. This position has immediate and lasting impact on all company operations.

Essential Functions Statements

  1. Actively sourcing for talent across multiple industries, assessing, and interviewing qualified candidates.
  2. Preparing necessary recruitment materials to post on appropriate job boards.
  3. Acting as a point of contact for candidates to build relationships during the selection process.
  4. Partnering with hiring managers to identify needs for the Business Unit along with creating appropriate goals for requisition with each leader.
  5. Creating and providing analytical and detailed talent acquisition reports to the Shared Services team.
  6. Updating and maintaining database with candidate information throughout each step in the recruitment process.
  7. Ensuring the candidate’s experience from start to finish is in line with standard business practice.
  8. Consulting with hiring managers on understanding candidate preferences, position requirements and developing a strategy to meet their needs.
  9. Coordinating with HR Business partners on overlapping duties, job descriptions, and offer letters when needed.
  10. Managing offer letter process through candidate acceptance.
  11. Attend weekly calls with HR leaders and Business partners to align goals and understand needs.

Supervisory Responsibility

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

Facility Location: EMCG / Hybrid

Travel

Travel requirements are approximately 25%.

Required Education, Experience And Certificates

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1 year as a Technical Recruiter supporting government contracts.

Certificates And Licenses
  1. Valid Driver’s License

Computer Skills

Microsoft Outlook Suite Products.

Preferred Education, Experience And Certificates

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

Experience: 3 - 5 years related job experience in recruiting.

Certificates and Licenses: SHRM – CP or PHR.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance.

Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Employee must be a US citizen.

Employee must be able to hold and maintain a Secret (or higher) Clearance Level.

Employee must have and maintain a U.S. Passport.
