Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry in Louisville, KY

**Shift:** Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 hours (Please specify preference in the cover letter)
**Experience:** 2 years required
**License:** KY license required
**Certifications:** BLS, NIH
**Must-Have:** Ability to float to various facilities and units within the scope of practice.
**Job Description:**
- Work on a 34-bed unit specializing in orthopedic and telemetry care.
- Provide primary care to 4-5 patients per nurse.
- Handle top diagnosis and procedures, which include:
- Sickle Cell
- Orthopedic surgery: hips, knees, shoulders
- Acute respiratory failure
- Hand and arm surgery
- Pancreatitis
- Small bowel obstruction
- Pain pump trials and insertion
- Acute kidney injury
- Cellulitis
- Sepsis
- Utilize EPIC charting for patient records.
- Every other weekend shift required.
