We are looking for HR Lead to coordinate all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel, and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner.

Job duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating activities of the Human Resources Department (TA, IC, EX, Admin team).
  • Assist in the full employee lifecycle, comprehends the objectives and approach of the organization to supervise the planning and execution of the workforce, encompassing hiring, acclimating new employees, performance management, retention, and internal manpower transfer.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, exit interview, etc.).
  • Assist in HR-related communications and employee engagement activities to foster a strong company culture.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Assist in the creation of HR policies and procedures that adhere to company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources (HR) to execute HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure the organization’s practices remain competitive and compliant.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the HRM.
