Location: Wyoming

Salary: $36.41 - $60.69 / hour, based on education & experience

The schedule for this role is 5/8’s, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AZ Time). In this position, you will be monitoring Medicare Advantage Parts C & D operational control measures ensuring appropriate oversight is in place for accurate, complete, and compliant activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring internal operational control measures for Medicare Advantage Parts C & D.
  2. Identifying and documenting all noncompliance related activities and reporting accordingly in a timely fashion.
  3. Working in a start-up environment.
  4. Conducting Medicare Advantage Compliance training, audits, regulations, and manuals.
  5. Reviewing Policy and Procedures.
  6. Ensuring reporting requirements are maintained in a timely and accurate fashion, including the resolution of each case/issue identified and closed.
  7. Participating in the preparation of presentation materials to communicate and promote the understanding of compliance.
  8. Overseeing the thorough documentation of all compliance and noncompliance related activities.

This is a fully remote position available for residents in the following states: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WA, WI & WY.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting/finance, or health care related field.
  2. Five plus years of current and progressive experience in healthcare compliance or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  3. Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to health care, regulatory compliance, Medicare/Medicaid, and/or financial reimbursement systems.
  4. Strong planning, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
  5. Highly effective negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree and/or professional designations.
  2. Previous payer, health care, or academic compliance experience.
  3. Additional related education and/or experience.
