This position is part of our Core Specialty Leaders in Training, leadership development program. This is an exciting, full-time rotational program for graduating university seniors and early career professionals.

The Core Specialty Leaders in Training Program is a two-year, three rotation program designed to help you develop the technical competencies and leadership acumen to kick-start your career. You'll have the opportunity to do a deep dive and build expertise in your chosen track by getting to experience rotations in different areas of your function.

Job Description - Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop valuable skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis, and gain exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies in the field.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:

  1. Process and validate data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
  2. Conduct thorough data reconciliations to ensure accuracy between different datasets and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
  3. Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and key drivers to evaluate Program profitability.
  4. Create and optimize data models to enable efficient data analysis and reporting.
  5. Work with the Program directors to improve data collection and evaluate program efficacy.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Maintain clear and organized documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in a data related field required (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.
  3. Basic knowledge of statistical concepts and data visualization techniques.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  8. Previous coursework or projects related to data analysis is a plus.
  9. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
