Job Purpose:
BTIG seeks an HR Generalist who is highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills. In this role, you will work closely with your HR partners and Recruiting teams in order to provide a high touch experience for internal and external clients and candidates. This individual must have a positive attitude, the willingness to wear multiple hats and work in an everchanging, fast-paced environment and to assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify talent issues and solutions to business problems
- Consult, advise and coach managers on various people issues, such as organizational design, curating teams, talent assessment, recognition, compensation, employee relations, and change management
- Manage special projects, such as performance management and corporate social responsibility
- Apply your understanding of the business and our people to execute HR solutions including seamless onboarding, a management coaching series, retention and exit interviews, and/or other key people processes
- Collaborate with other HR Business Partners as well as the Learning and Development, Compensation and HR Operations teams to share information real-time and collaborate effectively
- Partner with other enablement functions like Finance, Resource Management, Recruitment, and Office Services on talent and business operations management
- Develop and analyze people data to develop insights and recommendations that drive the business
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within ADP by performing regular data audits and cleanup
- Coordinate new hire first day logistics and orientation schedules
- 5+ years' human resources experience, including experience consulting with senior leaders
- Integrity and an ability to make difficult or unpopular decisions and keep the utmost confidentiality
- Understands people and can build relationships with both leaders and their teams
- Is a natural leader and has a propensity to action
- Communication skills that demonstrate service orientation, fosters deep trust with partners, and exhibits authority without ego
- Can handle complex employee relations issues
- Experience with performance management, compensation, management coaching, and process improvement
- Uses research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostics, and analytical skills
- Extensive experience using ADP Workforce Now, ranging from implementation, best practices, and report building
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work full time in the U.S., BTIG does not offer sponsorship for work visas of any type

Compensation:
- BTIG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
- The current estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.
