InterVision Company is seeking a Management Consultant . InterVision Health and Human Services (HHS) Professional Consultants support the public sector in modernizing and maturing public health programs through Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) Compliance, Enterprise Governance, and Business Architecture. As a Management Consultant, you would serve as a strategic advisor and mission-driven delivery leader responsible at the enterprise/organization level, engaging the client on key operational and strategic priorities, making an impact, and adding value.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Liaison to Senior Advisor for preparing strategic planning materials, supporting meetings, and executing action items.
- Provide advisory support for complex government challenges at an executive level.
- Manage relationships with senior-level clients to ensure programmatic success and client satisfaction, adjusting course when needed and maintaining an Agile approach to program execution.
- Work collaboratively with senior-level team to support the completion of high-quality deliverables and assist with team management tasks; including two Senior Project / Program Managers responsible for strategic delivery and Senior Business Architects/Business Analysts responsible for technical delivery.
- Play a key role in supporting growth activities within InterVision’s Health and Human Services program.
- Responsible for stakeholder engagement to frame and develop project objectives requirements and sourcing strategy to support the client's outcomes.

- Experience communicating with executive level management, and preparing presentations and work products for executives.
- Professional consulting experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on Medicaid or other Health and Human Services projects or initiatives.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with and/or developing an MITA State Self-Assessment or associated documents (Gap Analysis, Roadmaps, Transition Plans, Executive Summary, and Maturity Models).
- Project Management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a degree in Project Management or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Prefer at least two (2) years of experience with governance to ensure solutions developed across the organization are aligned to standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet strategic goals.
- Prefer at least two (2) years of experience collaborating across business segments to find opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Prefer at least two (2) years of experience in understanding business processes and their relation to the overall organization, policy, and governance.
- Prefer experience incorporating outcome statements and metrics into Advanced Planning Documents (APD), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and supporting vendor contracts.
- Ability to confidently facilitate meetings and present complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and achieve quality results in a timely manner.
- Ability to perform and thrive in an ambiguous and changing environment.
