RTI International is seeking a Material Distribution Coordinator responsible for the receiving and processing of mail and provide campus/off-campus pick-ups and deliveries of mail and packages on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for picking-up the incoming mail from the U.S. Postal Service on a daily basis.

 

· Responsible for the daily processing of all incoming mail into RTI International.

 

· Resolve any undeliverable mail issues by researching the staff directory for the correct addressee.

 

· Distribution of mail and packages by delivery route around the institute on a daily basis

 

· Process, sort and stamp all outgoing mail using the postage mailing machine

 

· Provide customer service to the RTI staff by answering inquiries via phone or email

 

· Cross train in all receiving operations and assist the team as needed, such as receiving packages and pallets, process inbound shipments and sort per delivery route

 

- Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:
High School diploma and 0 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

- Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles

- Must be able to communicate with varying levels of employees at RTI

- Must be able to become familiar with SOP’s and how they relate to the company

- Must have working knowledge of Word and Excel software programs

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone or with assistance

Hiring Salary Range:
$36,000-$45,000
