Join our growing Rehab In Motion team in Little Rock, AR! Seeking a Full-Time, Physical Therapist to provide on-site, outpatient therapy for Assisted Living (AL), Independent Living (IL) and memory care residents at The Blake at Chenal Valley.

What you will do:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, mobility and function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
What you will need:
- Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by state in which practicing
- Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance state regulations
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred
- Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions
