As a full-time Admin Rep , your mission is to perform administrative duties related to store operations and assist in the sale of automotive service, tires, and tire services while providing exceptional customer service to every customer.

What You Need:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen*
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- 2-3 years previous clerical/admin experience preferred
- Prior tire sales experience a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
- Provide high-level customer service both on the phone and in-person
- Handle incoming inquiries, concerns, and complaints as they arise
- Accurate entry and monitoring of daily sales and invoicing activities
- Handle daily cash, credit, national account, and fleet transactions
- Handle purchase orders, billing, credit, and collections
- Provide routine cleaning/maintenance of work area as assigned
- Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
- Able to accept stretch assignments
- Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
