About the team
The Product Solutions & Operations team at TikTok helps build holistic go-to-market plans across TikTok's eCommerce products. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights with the product team to shape the future of TikTok's eCommerce products.

Responsibilities:

  1. You have a passion for navigating ambiguity, crafting messaging, and influencing strategy GTM Leader.
  2. You enjoy working cross-functionally across Product Management, Marketing, Partners, UX Design, Research, and Sales to introduce new suite of products to the US.
  3. Drive go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets - across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain our sellers.
  4. Partner with marketing teams to ensure product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel.
  5. Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention.
  6. Track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing.
  7. Be the Subject Matter Expert for your product: help sellers with white glove product support, build roadmaps, run enablement sessions, participate in QA testing.
  8. Be the Voice of the Customer, by managing input and feedback from various types of users (end-users, merchants, creators, employees).
  9. Partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science and Engineering to identify impactful product opportunities and prioritize efforts.
  10. Build research to help influence Product Roadmap: ROI analysis, dependency analysis and other techniques to prioritize the product requirements.

Qualifications
  1. 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce, social commerce.
  2. Experience working with product management, analytics and design to scale products.
  3. Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing and other owned channels.
  4. Ample experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting).
  5. Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing and analytical tools.
  6. Bachelors degree required, Masters degree in related fields (MBA, computer science) preferred.

Job Information:

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $232644 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
