Location: Warsaw (our office is located in the Warsaw Spire building)
Operating model: Hybrid work (2 days a week in Warsaw office)

Team Lead - Leasing Hub

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will support our French Leasing Hub team and play a crucial part in creating high-quality pitches and sales presentations, supporting our business development efforts.

Emphasis will be on:

1. Engage with local brokers and other business lines to ensure seamless communication and enhance team efficiency (schedule, protocol & follow up on appointments)
2. Provide appropriate structural solutions with minimal direction
3. Create visually appealing and impactful presentations and digital sales materials to effectively convey messages to clients and stakeholders (Corporate Design PowerPoint, Journeys etc.)
4. Conduct research (market, client, sector etc.) and gather relevant market information to support the development of compelling content
5. Creation of pitch-relevant materials e.g. maps, depictions of longlists, JLL tools
6. Conduct proofreading and consistency checks
7. Support effective content organization (best practice, standard & winning slides for brokers)
8. Support resource management within the team (advance filing system and ensure updating)

Our profile

We are seeking a highly self-motivated and meticulous individual that:

1. Bachelor's degree in real estate/business economist, project management, media design, or equivalent experience
2. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
3. Fluent in French and English to understand the strategy, audience, and objectives
4. Ability to comprehend complex concepts, work analytically, and be precise
5. Strong work ethics, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines
7. Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
8. Quick learner in new tools and processes
9. Strong team-oriented attitude
10. Self-motivated and able to work independently
11. Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams
12. Superior understanding of graphic design principles & stay updated on visual design trends and standards
13. Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with a basic understanding of media design
