Weekly Pay Range - $2283 To $2536

**Job Description:**
- Backfill for previous employee
- Home Health RN for Eastern area of King County starting around Issaquah and surrounding areas
- Shift: 8-hour days (*Cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s*)
- Patient ratios: 1:1, may visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
- First-time applicants not accepted
- No weekend requirement
- On-call not required
- No floating between units required
- Not open to accommodating block schedules
- Local candidates accepted within 50-75 mile radius
- Minimal drive time as system groups clients efficiently; occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles
- Attire: Any color scrubs
- Charting System: EPIC
- These roles require COVID-19 vaccination, with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
- Must have references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
- All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state
- Orientation provided at 40 hours non-billable
- The employer will provide communication devices as needed, or reimburse work-related cell phone use up to a capped amount.
