In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

About the role:

We are looking for a K-12 Sales Manager focused on the Western US States to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will help shape Yondr’s sales team in the West through team management and growth.

The ideal candidate has several years of sales experience with middle and high schools, has led an outside sales team, and possesses an understanding of district-level sales.

What you'll do:

  • Hit aggressive sales goals

  • Lead and mentor a sales team while providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance their sales skills and performance

  • Implement best practices for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and territory planning to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness across your team

  • Work in the field with sales team to provide coaching and training

  • Identify and attend key industry trade shows

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Partner Success team to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and customer needs

  • Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and sales initiatives

What you'll bring :

  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a field sales team within the K-12 education space (grades 6-12 preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong familiarity with the K-12 U.S. education market – specifically middle and high schools

  • Historical track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for a fast-paced organization

  • Understanding of solution selling

  • Robust Rolodex of district-level contacts; understanding of procurement process

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for making a positive impact in education

Exceptional Candidates will have:

  • Expertise specifically in Education Sales for Grades 6-12

  • Master’s degree

Job Location:

  • This person must live near a major airport with ability to travel frequently
