Travel Nurse RN - Admin/Mgmt in San Mateo, CA

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Administrative
**Job Specialty:** RN House Supervisor
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Mid 5x8-Hour (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM); Night 5x8-Hour (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Part-time, 24 hours per week
**Experience:** 1 year of experience as an RN required; preferred skills in administration of chemo, circulating, conscious sedation, ICP monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, triage, and vent management
**License:** Valid CA RN License required
**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS
**Must-Have:**
- 1 year of RN experience
- Valid RN License in California
- ACLS and BLS certifications
**Job Description:**
- Manage and supervise the staffing office and house supervision
- Facilitate communication and coordination among healthcare staff
- Provide leadership and support for nursing staff during shifts
- Implement and monitor clinical and administrative procedures
- Assess and prioritize patient care based on acuity and staffing requirements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Support and train newly recruited staff members
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in administration of chemotherapy
- Ability to circulate and perform conscious sedation
- Proficient in ICP monitoring
- Skilled in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias
- Experience in triage and ventilation management
