The position: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our digital marketing strategies and managing the development and enhancement of our digital products. If you are a seasoned digital marketer with a passion for product management and a deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization.

Responsibilities

Digital Product Management:

  1. Lead the innovation, development, and oversight of digital products that align closely with the company's objectives and digital marketing strategy.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally to define product requirements, create project plans, and oversee the complete product lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  1. Craft and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand recognition, enhance user engagement, and drive conversions.
  2. Leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune digital marketing campaigns, optimize customer experiences, and maximize return on investment.

Workflow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development And Management:

  1. Develop and refine existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  2. Maintain and regularly update these SOPs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Data Analytics And Reporting:

  1. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to our digital marketing initiatives.
  2. Transform data into actionable insights that steer strategic decision-making and improve digital marketing campaigns.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving reporting issues as they arise, whether in analytics or other platforms.

Team Leadership:

  1. Effectively manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, nurturing their growth and professional development.
  2. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture that aims for exceptional results.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  1. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and platforms.
  2. Knowledge of the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to launch and post-launch analysis.
  3. Skilled in proactive problem-solving to identify and address issues that may impact product development and user experience.
  4. Skilled in project management to plan, execute, and monitor product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  6. Ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction.
  7. Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  8. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital marketing trends and technologies and apply them to marketing strategies.
  9. Ability to develop a clear product vision and execute that vision through effective planning and team leadership.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience (4 years).
  2. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  3. Five years of experience in digital marketing and product management, preferably in property management.

Physical Requirements

  1. May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  2. Must be able to read documents, computer screens, and data.
  3. Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer.
  4. May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
  5. Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

Work Environment

  1. This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
  2. The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises, and distractions.
