The Role:


The Global Solutions Engineering team is responsible for the product solution design, success, and expansion of Moxo’s strategic business accounts & partnerships. This is a customer facing role that involves leading consultative workflow discussions, coming up with solutions for integrations with existing applications & workflows, guiding technical implementations, and ongoing technical account management.


Our team consists of individuals from a computer science or engineering background that are excited about a customer facing technical role at a growing startup.


As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Lead consultative, technical solution design discussions for strategic accounts.

• Guide accounts through solutions for their business service workflows based on business and technology requirements, including how to integrate Moxo with their existing applications.

• Drive strong implementation, adoption, retention, and growth of your accounts.

• Serve as a product & platform expert for your accounts.


To be successful in this role, you must apply your strong product thinking and technical problem solving skills, and take a consultative approach in advising accounts. You will guide these accounts on how Moxo can be embedded and integrated as an extension of their existing workflow. You will also be a key advisor to the Moxo product team by identifying strategic market needs.


Core Responsibilities:


• Be accountable for key business accounts through all stages including initial solution design, successful utilization & expansions to new implementations.

• Understand your customer’s pain points, product, and workflow to architect efficient solutions for them using the Moxo platform.

• Design solutions to embed Moxo into existing web and mobile applications using the platforms SDKs and APIs.

• Build custom demo and integration flows using the platform’s SDKs/APIs as well as prototyping tools.

• Lead technology review processes including technical architecture presentations and RFPs.

• Support the deployment and implementation of POC and Pilot phases with your customers.

• Orchestrate across product, engineering, customer success, and solutions architects when necessary to meet your customer’s needs.

• Maintain a deep understanding of Moxo’s platform and integrations using Moxo’s APIs and SDKs.


What We Value:


• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

• 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting, product or solutions engineering role.

• Excellent product thinker and problem solving mindset.

• Excellent analytical, communication & presentation skills in speaking to both a technical and business audience.

• Knowledge of integration methodologies involving REST APIs, SDKs, and web-hooks.

• Understanding of technical architecture.

• Ability to understand and evaluate a customer’s business needs.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and learn new concepts on the job.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, iOS or Android development platforms is a plus.
